  • Fresh custard apple (sitaphal) pulp
  • 1 + For topping Large custard apple seeded
  • 3 scoops Vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar powdered
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
  • For topping Whipped cream
  • to garnish Fresh mint sprigs

Method

  1. Take ice cream in a mixing bowl, add custard apple puree, powdered sugar, cream, custard apple flesh and cardamom powder and whisk well.
  2. Put the mixture into individual serving glasses, top with some custard apple flesh, whipped cream rosette and garnish with mint sprigs.
  3. Serve chilled.
