Ingredients list for Sitaphal Cream - SK Khazana
- Fresh custard apple (sitaphal) pulp
- 1 + For topping Large custard apple seeded
- 3 scoops Vanilla ice cream
- 1 tablespoon Sugar powdered
- 1/4 cup Fresh cream
- 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- For topping Whipped cream
- to garnish Fresh mint sprigs
Method
- Take ice cream in a mixing bowl, add custard apple puree, powdered sugar, cream, custard apple flesh and cardamom powder and whisk well.
- Put the mixture into individual serving glasses, top with some custard apple flesh, whipped cream rosette and garnish with mint sprigs.
- Serve chilled.
