Ingredients list for Salted Caramel Pannacotta

  • 100 grams Sugar
  • A large pi Sea salt
  • 2 cups Fresh cream
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Gelatine bloomed
  • to garnish Fresh mint sprigs


  1. Heat sugar in a non-stick pan, add some water, mix and let the sugar caramelise.
  2. Add cream and milk, mix and cook for a minute. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Add the bloomed gelatine to the caramelised sugar mixture and whisk well.
  4. Pour the mixture equally into 4 serving bowls. Mix a little to remove the bubbles and refrigerate till set.
  5. Keep the bowls on a serving platter, sprinkle sea salt on top, garnish with mint sprigs and serve immediately.
