By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Sugar, Sea salt Cuisine Italian Course Desserts Prep Time 4-5 hour Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Salted Caramel Pannacotta 100 grams Sugar A large pi Sea salt 2 cups Fresh cream 1 1/2 cups Milk 2 tablespoons Gelatine bloomed to garnish Fresh mint sprigs Method Heat sugar in a non-stick pan, add some water, mix and let the sugar caramelise. Add cream and milk, mix and cook for a minute. Remove from heat and set aside. Add the bloomed gelatine to the caramelised sugar mixture and whisk well. Pour the mixture equally into 4 serving bowls. Mix a little to remove the bubbles and refrigerate till set.
