Be a kid or a teenage or an adult or an oldie, chicken lovers trend all over the world at all times! One meat that is a favourite of all beyond belief! When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Sauté it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Ingredients for Salami Cheese Sandwich-SK Khazana Recipe

  • Chicken salami 16

  • Cheese spread 3/4 cup

  • Brown bread slices 8

  • Paprika 1 teaspoon

  • Pickled gherkins chopped 2 tablespoons

  • Fresh basil leaves shredded 8-10

  • Salt to taste

  • Butter as required

  • Iceberg lettuce leaves torn as required

  • Large onion cut into thin strips 1

  • Cherry tomatoes sliced 12-14

  • Micro greens For topping


Step 1

Mix together cheese spread, paprika, gherkins, basil leaves and salt in a bowl.

Step 2

Spread some butter and spoonful of cheese mixture on each bread slice. Place some lettuce leaves and 4 salamis on 4 bread slices.

Step 3

Sprinkle some salt and paprika, top with some onion strips and some cherry tomato slices.

Step 4

Sprinkle some more salt, top with some micro greens and cover with remaining bread slices.

Step 5

Cut into triangles and serve.
