Ingredients list for Salami Cheese Sandwich-SK Khazana
- 16 Chicken salami
- 3/4 cup Cheese spread
- 8 Brown bread slices
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 tablespoons Pickled gherkins chopped
- 8-10 Fresh basil leaves shredded
- to taste Salt
- as required Butter
- as required Iceberg lettuce leaves torn
- 1 Large onion cut into thin strips
- 12-14 Cherry tomatoes sliced
- For topping Micro greens
Method
- Mix together cheese spread, paprika, gherkins, basil leaves and salt in a bowl.
- Spread some butter and spoonful of cheese mixture on each bread slice. Place some lettuce leaves and 4 salamis on 4 bread slices.
- Sprinkle some salt and paprika, top with some onion strips and some cherry tomato slices.
- Sprinkle some more salt, top with some micro greens and cover with remaining bread slices.
- Cut into triangles and serve.
