Ingredients list for Rice Pudding with Fresh Fruits

  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Rice flour
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 3-4 tablespoons Raspberry jam
  • 3-4 tablespoons Mixed fruits chopped


  1. Heat milk in a non-stick pan.
  2. Mix rice flour with ¼ cup hot milk to make a smooth paste. When milk comes to a boil, add 3 tablespoons rice flour paste and mix well. Cook till mixture thickens a little.
  3. Add sugar and mix till sugar dissolves completely.
  4. Cool and pour into thin long glasses.
  5. Drizzle some raspberry jam on top and garnish with chopped mixed fruits of your choice and serve.
