Ingredients list for Rice Pudding with Fresh Fruits
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 tablespoons Rice flour
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 3-4 tablespoons Raspberry jam
- 3-4 tablespoons Mixed fruits chopped
Method
- Heat milk in a non-stick pan.
- Mix rice flour with ¼ cup hot milk to make a smooth paste. When milk comes to a boil, add 3 tablespoons rice flour paste and mix well. Cook till mixture thickens a little.
- Add sugar and mix till sugar dissolves completely.
- Cool and pour into thin long glasses.
- Drizzle some raspberry jam on top and garnish with chopped mixed fruits of your choice and serve.
