Ingredients list for Rangbirangi Squash
- 1/4 cup Khus Syrup
- 1/4 cup Rose Syrup
- 1/4 cup Orange squash
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Lemon juice
- to garnish Fresh mint leaves
Method
- Take khus syrup, rose syrup and orange squash into three different bowls. Add a little water to each and dilute slightly.
- Pour into three separate ice trays and set in the freezer. Heat equal quantities of sugar and water in a pan and make a syrup. Set aside to cool.
- Pour some lemon juice in serving glasses. Add a little sugar syrup to each. Place some of the coloured ice cubes and top up with a little water.
- Place a spring of mint leaves and serve immediately.
