Ingredients list for Rangbirangi Squash

  • 1/4 cup Khus Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Rose Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Orange squash
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Lemon juice
  • to garnish Fresh mint leaves

Method

  1. Take khus syrup, rose syrup and orange squash into three different bowls. Add a little water to each and dilute slightly.
  2. Pour into three separate ice trays and set in the freezer. Heat equal quantities of sugar and water in a pan and make a syrup. Set aside to cool.
  3. Pour some lemon juice in serving glasses. Add a little sugar syrup to each. Place some of the coloured ice cubes and top up with a little water.
  4. Place a spring of mint leaves and serve immediately.
