Ingredients list for Rajama Til Toasts
- 1 cup Kidney beans soaked and boiled
- 4 slices Bread slices toasted
- 3-4 tablespoons Sesame seeds (til)
- 1 teaspoon Oil
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Black salt (kala namak)
- 1/2 teaspoon Amchur powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1/2 cup Cola
- for garnish Mozzarella cheese
Method
- Heat oil in a non stick pan.
- Dry roast sesame seeds in another non stick pan. Add ginger-garlic paste to the hot oil and sauté till fragrant. Add rajma and mix.
- Add red chilli powder, black salt, dried mango powder, coriander powder and salt and mix.
- Cook till the mixture becomes dry. Turn off the heat and let it.
- Spread the rajma mixture on the toasted breads. Sprinkle roasted sesame over it. Cut each into two pieces, sprinkle cheese over it and serve.
