Ingredients list for Quinoa Pistachio Bars
- ½ cup Quinoa roasted
- ¼ cup Pistachios roasted and crushed
- 1 cup Dates seeded
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 2-3 tablespoons Dark chocolate chips
- a pinch Salt
- for greasing Oil
Method
- Coarsely grind dates in a food processor and transfer into a bowl.
- Add honey, pistachios, quinoa, chocolate chips and mix. Add salt and mix well.
- Grease a barfi tray with some oil, transfer the date-quinoa mixture into it and level it out. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Cut into 1 inch thick pieces and demould. Serve.
