Ingredients list for Quinoa Pistachio Bars

  • ½ cup Quinoa roasted
  • ¼ cup Pistachios roasted and crushed
  • 1 cup Dates seeded
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2-3 tablespoons Dark chocolate chips
  • a pinch Salt
  • for greasing Oil

Method

  1. Coarsely grind dates in a food processor and transfer into a bowl.
  2. Add honey, pistachios, quinoa, chocolate chips and mix. Add salt and mix well.
  3. Grease a barfi tray with some oil, transfer the date-quinoa mixture into it and level it out. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Cut into 1 inch thick pieces and demould. Serve.
