Ingredients list for Quick Rice Paper Rolls With Spinach

  • medium Spinach leaves (palak)
  • 6-8 Rice paper sheets
  • 2-3 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Thai red curry paste
  • 1 cup Chicken mince
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1/2 cup Bean sprouts


  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add red curry paste and sauté for 1 minute
  2. Add chicken mince and mix well. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Add lemon juice and honey and mix well.Dip rice paper sheets in water and shake off extra water and place on a worktop.
  3. Place 7-8 spinach leaves on it and place a spoonful of chicken mixture on one side and spread. Top with bean sprouts and roll it. Trim the edges and cut into 4 pieces and serve immediately.
