By Sanjeev Kapoor 22 Feb 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Drinking chocolate, Digestive biscuits Cuisine American Course Desserts Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 41-50 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Quick Chocolate Biscuit Cake 2 tablespoons Drinking chocolate 225 grams Digestive biscuits 100 grams Butter 50 grams Castor sugar (caster sugar) 2 tablespoons Honey 2 tablespoons Milk 1 tablespoons Cocoa powder 50 grams Cake crumbs 50 grams Glazed cherries 50 grams Raisins For the icing 100 grams Plain chocolate 15 grams Butter Method Advertisment Heat butter, sugar, honey and milk in a pan on low heat. Add the drinking chocolate, cocoa and half the biscuits and mix well. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Place into a sandwich tin/round dish and chill in the refrigerator till it sets. Remove from the tin and keep aside. For icing melt the chocolate and butter in a small bowl over a pan of hot water. Spread over the cooled biscuit mixture and allow to set and cut into wedges.
