Ingredients
- 3 medium chip potatoes
- Salt to taste
- Oil to deep fry
Method
- Thinly slice the potatoes, without peeling, directly into ice-cold water.
- Dab the sliced potatoes with absorbent paper to remove the moisture.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Slide in the potato slices and deep-fry till light golden and crisp.
- Drain on absorbent paper. Sprinkle salt and mix well.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
