Leave aside a little for dusting while rolling .Add the soda bicarbonate, two tablespoons of ghee and yogurt and knead into a soft dough using sufficient water. Divide the dough into twelve equal portions and roll them into balls. Roll out each ball using flour. Apply half a tablespoon of melted ghee, fold twice to make a triangle. Roll out again to a medium thickness Heat a tawa and bake the parothas on both sides and then shallow fry in ghee till crispy brown on both the sides.
