Add corn syrup (or honey), 2 tbsps water and mix and cook. Mix pop corn and peanuts in a large bowl. When sugar mixture begins to caramelize, add butter and mix till the butter melts completely. Cook for 1-2 minutes and switch off the heat. Pour the sauce over the popcorn mixture and mix well. Spread it on a silicon sheet and cool. Place the ice cream in a bowl and spread the popcorn crunch over it so as to cover it completely. Drizzle some chocolate sauce and serve immediately.
