Ingredients list for Plum Cake Shahi Tukda With Blueberry Cream
- 1 Plum cake
- Rabdi
- a pinch Green cardamom powder
- 1/2 cup Sugar syrup
- 1 cup Whipped cream
- 5 tablespoons Blueberry jam
- 8 tablespoons Rabdi
- 4 tablespoons Nuts finely chopped
Method
- Slice plum cake into 8 slices. Add green cardamom powder to sugar syrup and lightlybrush the cake slices with it.
- Mix together whipped cream and 1 tbsp blueberry jam to make blueberry cream.
- For each portion place 1 tbsprabdi in the centre of a serving plate, place a plum cake slice over it.
- Top it with 1 tbsp blueberry cream and cover it with other plum cake slice. Spread 1tbsp rabdi over it.
- Sprinkle 1 tsp nuts and put 1 tbsp blueberry cream over the nuts.
- Garnish with 1 tbsp blueberry jam and serve immediately.
