Ingredients list for Plum Cake Shahi Tukda With Blueberry Cream

  • 1 Plum cake
  • Rabdi
  • a pinch Green cardamom powder
  • 1/2 cup Sugar syrup
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 5 tablespoons Blueberry jam
  • 8 tablespoons Rabdi
  • 4 tablespoons Nuts finely chopped


  1. Slice plum cake into 8 slices. Add green cardamom powder to sugar syrup and lightlybrush the cake slices with it.
  2. Mix together whipped cream and 1 tbsp blueberry jam to make blueberry cream.
  3. For each portion place 1 tbsprabdi in the centre of a serving plate, place a plum cake slice over it.
  4. Top it with 1 tbsp blueberry cream and cover it with other plum cake slice. Spread 1tbsp rabdi over it.
  5. Sprinkle 1 tsp nuts and put 1 tbsp blueberry cream over the nuts.
  6. Garnish with 1 tbsp blueberry jam and serve immediately.
