Pistachio Coconut Cookies

Ingredients list for Pistachio Coconut Cookies

  • 2 cups Pistachios powdered
  • ½ cup Desiccated coconut
  • ¾ cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 Egg white

Method

  1. Take pistachio, powdered sugar and coconut in a bowl and mix. Add egg white and whisk well with an electric beater.
  2. Divide the mixture into small equal portions, shape them into small cakes and place them on the lined baking tray. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 180° C. Line a baking tray with silicon mat.
  4. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
  5. Serve.
