Ingredients

  • 2 tbsps kokum sharbat
  • Ice cubes as required
  • 1 cup cranberry juice, chilled                
  • ½  tsp rock salt                        
  • 1lemon, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups drinking soda, chilled                        

Method

  1. Pour kokum sherbet into a glass. Put a few ice cubes.  Add cranberry juice, rock salt, lemon slice and stir, crushing the lemon slightly.
  2. Strain into stemmed glasses.  Top it up with soda.
  3. Decorate the rim of each glass with a lemon slice and serve immediately.
