Ingredients list for Phodnichi Bhakri
- 4 Jawari Bhakri, Bajra Bhakri
 - 1/2 cup Peanuts
 - 1 tablespoon Oil
 - 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
 - 2 Green chillies slit
 - 1/4 Scraped coconut
 - 1 medium Onion chopped
 - to taste Salt
 - 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
 
Method
- Crush the left over jawar bhakri or bajari bhakri. Roast peanuts. Cool and remove the skin. Grind it into a coarse powder. Heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard seeds.
 - When the seeds begin to splutter, add onions and green chillies and sauté for two minutes. Add the crushed bhakri and roasted peanut powder. Season with salt.
 - Finally add coconut and coriander leaves. Mix lightly and serve hot.
