Roast peanuts. Cool and remove the skin. Grind it into a coarse powder. Heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard seeds. When the seeds begin to splutter, add onions and green chillies and sauté for two minutes. Add the crushed bhakri and roasted peanut powder. Season with salt. Finally add coconut and coriander leaves. Mix lightly and serve hot.
