Ingredients list for Phaldari Kebab
- 2 Raw Bananas boiled peeled and mashed
 - 250 grams Yam boiled peeled and mashed
 - 2 medium Potatoes boiled peeled and mashed
 - 1 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste
 - 2-3 Green chillies chopped
 - to taste Black salt (kala namak)
 - 1/4 cup Rice flour
 - 1/4 cup Semolina (rawa/suji)
 - to deep fry Oil
 
Method
- In a large bowl mix together bananas, yam and potatoes. Add ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, black salt, rice flour and semolina and mix well.
 - Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick kadai. Make small balls of the mixture and deep fry them till golden brown in color.
 - Drain on absorbent paper.
Serve hot with mint chutney.
