By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 Dec 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Raw Bananas, Yam Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Phaldari Kebab 2 Raw Bananas boiled peeled and mashed 250 grams Yam boiled peeled and mashed 2 medium Potatoes boiled peeled and mashed 1 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste 2-3 Green chillies chopped to taste Black salt (kala namak) 1/4 cup Rice flour 1/4 cup Semolina (rawa/suji) to deep fry Oil Method In a large bowl mix together bananas, yam and potatoes. Add ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, black salt, rice flour and semolina and mix well. Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick kadai.
