Ingredients list for Peru Popsicles
- 2 cups Guava juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1/2 teaspoon Black salt (kala namak)
- 16-18 Fresh mint leaves roughly chopped
- 1 Lemon quartered and sliced thinly
Method
- Combine guava juice, chilli powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, black salt and mint leaves in a large bowl and mix well.
- Divide the mixture equally into popsicle moulds and place lemon slices in each. Cover and freeze till set.
- Serve.
