Drain them and put into a bowl. Refrigerate till chilled. Add cornflour to the boiled corn and mix well. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, deep-fry the corn kernels till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Transfer the fried corn into a jar, add peri peri masala powder, cover the jar with a lid and shake well.
