Ingredients 

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 green chillies
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoons grated processed cheese

Method

  1. Chop onions and green chillies. Break 3 eggs into a bowl and beat them well, but do not overbeat.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan. Add half the onions and sauté till soft. Add green chillies and sauté for a minute. Add eggs, stir lightly and spread them over the entire pan. Sprinkle salt, pepper powder and cheese.
  3. Fold in the edges and give the omelette a crescent shape. Cook, turning sides, till both sides are lightly browned. Serve hot.
