Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 medium onions
- 2 green chillies
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 2 tablespoons grated processed cheese
Method
- Chop onions and green chillies. Break 3 eggs into a bowl and beat them well, but do not overbeat.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan. Add half the onions and sauté till soft. Add green chillies and sauté for a minute. Add eggs, stir lightly and spread them over the entire pan. Sprinkle salt, pepper powder and cheese.
- Fold in the edges and give the omelette a crescent shape. Cook, turning sides, till both sides are lightly browned. Serve hot.
