Ingredients list for Perfect Omelette
- 6 Eggs
- Onions
- 2 medium Onions
- 2 Green chillies
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- tablespoons Grated cheese
Method
- Chop onions and green chillies. Break 3 eggs into a bowl and beat them well but do not over beat.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non stick pan. Add half the onions and sauté till soft. Add green chillies and sauté for a minute.Add eggs, stir lightly and spread it over the entire pan. Sprinkle salt, pepper powder and cheese.
- Fold in the edges and give the omelette a crescent shape. Cook, turning sides, till both sides are lightly browned. Serve hot.
