Ingredients list for Pepperoni Pancake
- 1 cup Refined flour (maida)
- as required Pepperoni slices
- 2 Eggs
- to taste Salt
- 300 millilitres Milk
- ½ cup Cheddar cheese grated
- as required Butter
Method
- Take refined flour in a bowl. Add eggs, salt and milk and whisk till the mixture is smooth. Add cheddar cheese and mix.
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread into a pancake. Top with pepperoni slices and cook, turning sides, till fully done from both sides.
- Serve hot.
