Ingredients list for Penne and Broccoli in Creamy Sauce
- 2 cups Penne boiled
- 8-10 small Broccoli florets, blanched
- 2 cups White sauce
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 8-10 Garlic cloves finely chopped
- for garnishing Crushed red chillies 2 teaspoons +
- to taste Salt
- ½ cup Milk
- for garnishing Parmesan cheese powder 2 teaspoons +
Method
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, add the garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add crushed red chillies and white sauce and mix well.
- Add broccoli, salt and pasta, toss well and cook for 2 minutes. Adjust the consistency by adding the milk.
- Add Parmesan cheese powder and mix well.
- Serve hot garnished with crushed red chillies and Parmesan cheese powder.
