Ingredients list for Peanut Butter, Banana and Flax Smoothie
- 2 tablespoons Peanut butter
- 2 Ripe bananas peeled and slicedĀ
- 4 tablespoons Flax seeds ground
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 teaspoons Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla essence
Method
- Put peanut butter, bananas, flax seeds, milk, yogurt, honey and vanilla essence into a blender jar and blend till smooth.
- Refrigerate the smoothie for thirty minutes.
- Pour into individual tall glasses and serve chilled.
