Ingredients list for Peanut Butter, Banana and Flax Smoothie

  • 2 tablespoons Peanut butter
  • 2 Ripe bananas peeled and slicedĀ 
  • 4 tablespoons Flax seeds ground
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla essence

Method

  1. Put peanut butter, bananas, flax seeds, milk, yogurt, honey and vanilla essence into a blender jar and blend till smooth.
  2. Refrigerate the smoothie for thirty minutes.
  3. Pour into individual tall glasses and serve chilled.
