Ingredients list for Pasta Sandwich
- 12 Small white bread slices
- 1 cup Macaroni pasta , boiled
- 6 tablespoons Salsa sauce
- 2 tablespoons White sauce
- 4 tablespoons Mozzarella cheese , grated
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
- to taste Salt
- as required Butter
- as required Processed cheese
Method
- Heat a non-stick pan, add salsa sauce and white sauce and mix well. Add macaroni pasta, mozzarella cheese (optional), dried oregano, red chilli flakes and a little salt and mix again. Remove from heat and transfer into a bowl.
- For each sandwich, take 3 bread slices and apply butter on one side of all of them. Spread a generous portion of the pasta mixture of one slice, grate some processed cheese over it and cover with the 2nd bread slice. Repeat the same topping and cover with the 3rd slice. Place the sandwich in a sandwich toaster and toast till the cheese melts.
- Make more sandwiches in the same way.
- Cut each sandwich into 4 triangles, arrange them on a serving platter and serve immediately.
