This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 31 Mar 2017 in Recipes Non Veg New Update Main Ingredients Eggs, Cottage Cheese Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 31-40 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Paneer Frittata 6 Eggs 100 grams Cottage Cheese 4 tablespoons Olive oil 4 Spring onion bulbs to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns 2 stalks Spring onion greens 10-12 Fresh basil leaves 1/2 cup Cheese grated for garnish Red capsicum A few thin strips Method Break the eggs into a bowl and beat well. Heat 2 tbsps olive oil in a non stick pan. Roughly chop spring onion bulbs and add to the pan. Add salt and crushed black peppercorns to the eggs and beat again. Chop spring onion greens and add to the pan. Add the eggs and cook, stirring, till they scramble. Chop basil leaves and add to the pan. Mix well. When the eggs are half done, roughly crumble cottage cheese and add. Sprinkle cheese. Drizzle the remaining olive oil along the sides of the pan, cover and cook till the eggs are set. You can also cook them in an oven or grill too. Serve hot garnished with basil leaves and a few thin strips of red capsicum.
