Ingredients list for Palasani Zunaka
- 1/4 Cabbage
- 1 medium Onions
- 1 Green chilli
- 1 tablespoon Mustard seeds
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Oil
Method
- Wash the cabbage and slice it thinly. Peel the onion, halve it and slice thinly into half rings.
- Slit the green chilli, de-seed and finely slice. Fry the onion in oil until soft but not browned. Add the mustard seeds and cook until they crackle.
- Add the chilli and cabbage, with 1 tablespoon water and salt. Cover the pan and cook for about 6 minutes, or until the cabbage is just soft. Serve hot.
