Ingredients list for Paan Coconut Laddoo - SK Khazana
- 4-5 Betel leaves
- 1 1/2 cups Desiccated cocontu
- 1/4 cup Condensed milk
- 1/4 cup Gulkand
- 1/4 cup Mixed nuts crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
Method
- Tear the betel leaves and put them in a blender jar, add condensed milk and blend to a fine paste.
- Put gulkand in a bowl, add mixed nuts, green cardamom power and betel leaves paste and mix well. Add 1 cup desiccated coconut and mix well.
- Spread the remaining desiccated coconut on a plate. Shape the mixture into medium sized laddoos and roll them in the remaining desiccated coconut. Serve immediately.
