Ingredients for Paan Coconut Laddoo - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Betel leaves 4-5

  • Desiccated cocontu 1 1/2 cups

  • Condensed milk 1/4 cup

  • Gulkand 1/4 cup

  • Mixed nuts crushed 1/4 cup

  • Green cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon

Method

Step 1

Tear the betel leaves and put them in a blender jar, add condensed milk and blend to a fine paste.

Step 2

Put gulkand in a bowl, add mixed nuts, green cardamom power and betel leaves paste and mix well. Add 1 cup desiccated coconut and mix well.

Step 3

Spread the remaining desiccated coconut on a plate. Shape the mixture into medium sized laddoos and roll them in the remaining desiccated coconut. Serve immediately.
