Ingredients list for Orange and Cinnamon Panjeeri
- 250 grams Whole wheat flour (atta)
- ½ cup Ghee
- 2 Orange rind
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
- 150 grams Castor sugar (caster sugar)
- 4 tablespoons Pistachios
Method
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add the wheat flour, mix and sauté on low heat till fragrant, stirring continuously.
- Remove from heat and cool completely. Add the castor sugar, orange rind and cinnamon powder and mix well.
- Serve or store in an airtight container for about a week.
