Ingredients list for Oats And Rice Kheer
- 1/2 Oats
- 5 cups Milk
- 4 tablespoons Rice soaked for 2 hours
- 4 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 tablespo Almond slivers
- 1 tablespo Pistachio slivers
- a pinch Saffron
Method
- Pour the milk into a deep non-stick pan and bring it to a boil. Add rice and simmer, stirring continuously, till it is cooked.
- Add sugar, mix well and cook till the sugar dissolves. Add oats, mix well and cook for five minutes.
- Add almond and pistachio slivers, saffron and mix well.
- Serve hot garnished with some almond and pistachio slivers.
