Ingredients for Muskmelon Slush Recipe

  • Medium watermelon peeled, seeded and cut into 1 inch pieces 1

  • Salt to taste

  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

  • Fresh mint leaves 6-8

  • Lemon slices slices

Method

Step 1

Put the muskmelon pieces in a zip-lock bag, seal and freeze for 5-6 hours.

Step 2

Transfer the frozen muskmelon pieces into a blender jar, add salt, lemon juice and torn mint leaves and blend coarsely.

Step 3

Put into individual serving glasses, garnish with lemon slices and serve chilled.
