Ingredients list for Muskmelon Slush
- 1 Medium watermelon peeled, seeded and cut into 1 inch pieces
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 6-8 Fresh mint leaves
- slices Lemon slices
Method
- Put the muskmelon pieces in a zip-lock bag, seal and freeze for 5-6 hours.
- Transfer the frozen muskmelon pieces into a blender jar, add salt, lemon juice and torn mint leaves and blend coarsely.
- Put into individual serving glasses, garnish with lemon slices and serve chilled.
