Ingredients list for Multigrain Discs
- 1/2 cup Whole wheat flour (atta)
- 1/4 cup Oats
- 1/4 cup Millet flour (bajre ka atta)
- 2 tablespoons Soya flour
- 1 medium Carrot grated
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper powder
- 2 teaspoons Oil
Method
- Mix whole wheat flour, oats, bajra flour, ragi flour, soya flour, carrot, salt and black pepper powder in a bowl.
- Add one and a half cups of water and whisk well to make a smooth semi thick batter.
- Set aside to rest for half an hour.
- Heat a non-stick tawa and smear little oil on top, pour a ladleful of the batter and spread to a thick six inch diameter disc.
- Cook, turning sides, till both sides till equally golden.Serve hot.
