Ingredients list for Mozzarella Panini - SK Khazana
- 12-16 Fresh mozzarella balls
- 1 Panini bread
- as required Butter
- 2 Large tomatoes sliced into roundels
- 2 teaspoons Pickled jalapenos finely chopped
- 5-6 Fresh basil leaves hand torn
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black peppercorns crushed
Method
- Cut panini into 3 pieces and halve each piece horizontally.
- Spread some butter on each half. Arrange 6 tomato slices on each base half, sprinkle some jalapenos, some basil leaves, salt and crushed peppercorns on top.
- Slice mozzarella balls into roundels, arrange them on each base half and cover with top halves.
- Heat a sandwich griller and brush with some butter. Place the sandwiches in it and grill till grill marks appear on both sides.
- Serve hot.
