Ingredients
- 3 red radish (mooli)
- 10-12 walnuts blanched + to garnish
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- Fresh coriander leaves chopped for garnish
Method
- Grate the radish into a bowl, add yogurt and whisk well.
- Break the walnuts in halve and add to the radish yogurt mixture. Add chaat masala, chilli powder, salt and roasted cumin powder and whisk well till everything gets mixed well.
- Refrigerate for 30-40 minutes. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with a walnut and some coriander leaves and serve chilled.
