By Sanjeev Kapoor 11 Aug 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Instant coffee powder, Coffee decoction Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Mocha Cupcakes-SK Khazana 2 tablespoons Instant coffee powder 1 tablespoon Coffee decoction 1 cup Refined flour (maida) 1/2 cup Castor sugar 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda 1/2 cup Melted butter 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon Vinegar for dusting Icing sugar Method Preheat oven to 180º C. Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and coffee powder in a bowl. Add butter, vanilla essence, vinegar and coffee decoction and mix well. Add ¼ cup water and mix. Add another ¼ cup water and beat with a hand blender to a smooth and lump-free batter. Line a cupcake mould with paper liners and spoon in the batter till ¾ full. Gently tap the mould, keep the mould in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove from heat, cool and demould.
