By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Dough, Pizza sauce Cuisine Italian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Mini Pepperoni Pizza 200 grams Dough for pizza For topping Pizza sauce as required Pepperonis for dusting Refined flour (maida) 1 medium Onion chopped ½ medium Yellow capsicum cut into small pieces ½ medium Green capsicum cut into small pieces ½ medium Red capsicum cut into small pieces 200 grams Mozzarella cheese to sprinkle Dried oregano to taste Crushed black peppercorns to taste Salt Method Preheat oven to180º C. Divide the dough into equal portions. Dust the worktop with some flour, transfer the dough and roll out each portion to a thin sheet. .Cut the sheet into roundels witha medium sized cookie cutter. Dust a baking tray with some flour and arrange the roundels on it. Spread some pizza sauce on each roundel. Put some onion, yellow capsicum, capsicum and red capsicum on top. Grate some cheese on top, place some pepperonis and sprinkle some dried oregano, crushed peppercorns and salt. Grate some more cheese on top. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake till the base gets cooked and cheese turns golden.
