By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Mar 2017 in Recipes Veg New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Main Ingredients Red bell pepper, Green capsicum Cuisine Fusion Course Salads Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 1/2 red bell pepper 1/2 green capsicum 3 tablespoons olive oil 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon dried basil 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme Salt to taste 1/2 bunch spinach leaves (palak) ,cleaned Feta cheese for garnishing Method Cut bell pepper and capsicum into long strips. Combine olive oil, vinegar, oregano, basil, thyme and salt in a small jar. Cover and shake well. Combine spinach, bell peppers, capsicum and dressing in a bowl and toss to mix. Place the salad on a serving plate and garnish with crumbled feta cheese. Serve immediately.
