Ingredients list for Matcha Coconut Ice Cream

  • 3 tablespoons Matcha powder
  • 2 cups Fresh cream
  • 1 cup Condensed milk
  • 1 cup Coconut cream
  • 1 cup Desiccated coconut
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence


  1. Put fresh cream in a blender jar, add condensed milk, coconut cream, desiccated coconut, vanilla essence and matcha powder and blend into a fine mixture.
  2. Transfer the mixture into an air tight container with a tight fitting lid and freeze for 6-7 hours or till set.
  3. Scoop into serving bowls and serve immediately.
