Ingredients for Matcha Coconut Ice Cream Recipe

  • Matcha powder 3 tablespoons

  • Fresh cream 2 cups

  • Condensed milk 1 cup

  • Coconut cream 1 cup

  • Desiccated coconut 1 cup

  • Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon


Step 1

Put fresh cream in a blender jar, add condensed milk, coconut cream, desiccated coconut, vanilla essence and matcha powder and blend into a fine mixture.

Step 2

Transfer the mixture into an air tight container with a tight fitting lid and freeze for 6-7 hours or till set.

Step 3

Scoop into serving bowls and serve immediately.
