Take cheese and cottage cheese in a bowl. Add onion, green capsicum, green chillies and coriander leaves and mix. Spread this mixture over the brown bread slices. Place red capsicum strips over the filling. Place the bread in the preheated oven and cook till the cheese begins to melt.
