Ingredients list for Mango Sevaiyan Burfi

  • 2 Ripe mangoes pulp removed
  • 1 cup Sevaiyan
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
  • for garnishing Dry fruits

Method

  1. Put mango pulp and sevaiyan in a non-stick pan, add sugar and milk and bring it to a boil.
  2. Cook till sevaiyan are cooked and sugar has dissolved.
  3. Add green cardamom powder and mix.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the greased tray and spread evenly. Garnish with dry fruits and refrigerate till set.
  5. Cut into your choice of shape and serve.
