Ingredients for Mango Sevaiyan Burfi Recipe

  • Ripe mangoes pulp removed 2

  • Sevaiyan 1 cup

  • Milk 1 cup

  • Sugar 1 cup

  • Green cardamom powder 1 teaspoon

  • Dry fruits for garnishing

Method

Step 1

Put mango pulp and sevaiyan in a non-stick pan, add sugar and milk and bring it to a boil.

Step 2

Cook till sevaiyan are cooked and sugar has dissolved.

Step 3

Add green cardamom powder and mix.

Step 4

Transfer the mixture into the greased tray and spread evenly. Garnish with dry fruits and refrigerate till set.

Step 5

Cut into your choice of shape and serve.
