Ingredients list for Mango Sevaiyan Burfi
- 2 Ripe mangoes pulp removed
- 1 cup Sevaiyan
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- for garnishing Dry fruits
Method
- Put mango pulp and sevaiyan in a non-stick pan, add sugar and milk and bring it to a boil.
- Cook till sevaiyan are cooked and sugar has dissolved.
- Add green cardamom powder and mix.
- Transfer the mixture into the greased tray and spread evenly. Garnish with dry fruits and refrigerate till set.
- Cut into your choice of shape and serve.
