Ingredients list for Mango Popsicle
- 1 cup Ripe mangoes chopped
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Castor sugar
- 1/4 Ripe mango
Method
- Put the mango pieces into a blender jar, squeeze the juice of ½ lemon into the jar, add red chilli powder, salt and ½ cup water and blend well.
- Add castor sugar and ¾ cup water and blend further into a smooth mixture.
- Cut ¼ mango into small pieces and add to the blended mixture and mix. Pour this mixture into individual popsicle moulds. Place the lid on and freeze till set.
- De-mould and serve.
