By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 Dec 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Mangoes, Ginger Cuisine Other Course Pickles, Jams and Chutneys Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 1.30-2 hour Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Mango Ketchup 5 medium Mangoes peeled and seeded 1 tablespoon Ginger chopped 3 tablespoons Vinegar 1 teaspoon Sea salt 1/2 cup Sugar 1/2 cup White wine 1/2 teaspoon All spice powder 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper 1 Clove 1 teaspoon Cinnamon powder Method Blend the mango pulp with ginger, vinegar, kosher salt, sugar, white wine, all spice powder, cayenne pepper, clove and cinnamon to a smooth mixture. Heat a non-stick pan. Pour the mixture and cook on low heat for an hour or until it gets reduced or thickened. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Strain it and refrigerate for a day.
