Ingredients list for Mango Cream
- 1 cup Fresh ripe mango pulp
- 1 Large ripe mango peeled and chopped
- 4-5 tablespoons Fresh cream
- 4-5 tablespoons Vanilla ice cream
- 6-7 tablespoons Powdered sugar
- a pinch Green cardamom powder
- For topping Whipped cream
- for garnish Fresh mint sprifs
Method
- Blend together mango pulp, cream, ice cream, powdered sugar and cardamom powder to a smooth mixture.
- Pour this mixture equally into 4 serving glasses.
- Take whipped cream in a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and pipe the cream over the mango cream in each glass and put some chopped mango around the cream.
- Garnish with mint sprigs and serve immediately.
