Ingredients list for Mango Cream
- 1 cup Mango Pulp
- 1/2 cup Fresh Cream
- 1 Ripe mango peeled and cut into small pieces
- 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar
- a pinch Green cardamom powder
- for garnish Whipped cream
Method
- Mix together, mango pulp, fresh cream, powdered sugar, green cardamom powder in a bowl.
- Keep aside a few pieces for garnishing, transfer the remaining mango pieces into a tall glass.
- Pour the mango-cream over it.
- Garnish with whipped cream and the remaining mango pieces and serve chilled.
