Ingredients
- 8-10 chicken wings
 - Salt to taste
 - 2 teaspoons curry powder
 - 1 teaspoon fresh red chillies chopped
 - 2 tablespoons chhunda
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - ½ cup ripe mango puree
 - Fresh coriander sprigs to garnish
 
Method
- Make slits on all the chicken wings and put them in a bowl. Add salt, curry powder, red chillies, chhunda, 1 tbsp olive oil and mango puree, mix well and set aside to marinate for around 25-30 minutes.
 - Preheat the oven to 200° C.
 - Grease a baking tray with 1 tsp oil. Place the marinated chicken wings in it. Drizzle remaining oil over chicken wings. Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
 - Arrange the wings in a serving platter and serve hot, garnished with coriander sprigs.
