Ingredients list for Mango And Lime Sorbet
- 2 large Ripe Mangoes peeled and cubed
- 2 tablespoons Lemon
- 1 inch piece Ginger sliced
- 5-6 Fresh mint leaves
- 2 cups Sugar
- as required Ice cubes
Method
- Chill the mango cubes in the freezer for a couple of hours. Put them in a smoothie maker.
- Add ginger, fresh mint leaves, lemon juice and sugar and blend till pulpy. Add ice cubes and blend some more. Pour into individual small glasses and serve immediately.
