Ingredients for MANGO MOJITO Recipe

  • Medium totapuri mangoes 4

  • Fresh mint leaves 32-40

  • Ice cubes as required

  • Sugar syrup 4 tablespoons

  • Lemons 4

  • Drinking soda 4 cups

  • Fresh mint sprigs 4 to garnish

Method

Step 1

For each portion, slice 1 mango, make criss-cross slits on the flesh and cut the flesh and put into a mason jar.

Step 2

Add 8-10 mint leaves and muddle into coarse mixture. Add few ice cubes and 1 tbsp sugar syrup and mix.

Step 3

Slice 1 lemon into thin roundels. Place one slice on the rim of the jar and add the remaining slices and soda water to mango mixture, stir and serve chilled garnished with a mint sprig.
