Ingredients list for Mango Ice Cream
- 1 cup Chilled ripe mango pulp
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 cup Fresh cream
- 1 1/2 cups Chilled milk
- For topping Ripe mango , chopped
- to garnish Dark chocolate shavings
Method
- Put milk powder, sugar, cream, mango pulp and milk in a blender jar and blend till smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture into an air tight container, top with chopped mangoes and freeze till set.
- Scoop out in martini glasses and garnish with dark chocolate shavings and serve immediately.
