Ingredients list for Mint Granita with Pears
- 8-10 + for garnishing Mint sprigs
- 1/4 cup Mint Syrup
- 1/4 Red pear
- 3/4 cup Ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Method
- Grind together ice cubes, mint sprigs, mint syrup and lemon juice along with some water to a thin mixture.
- Pour the mixture into abarfitray and refrigerate till set. Scrape the mixture at regular intervals to get a granita texture using a fork.
- Discard stem and bottom of a pear and finely chop. Put some chopped pear into individual martini glasses and put some scraped granita on top.
- Serve immediately garnished with a mint sprig.
