Ingredients list for Lychee Coconut Ice Cream
- 7-8 Lychees peeled and seeded
- 1/4 cup Desiccated coconut
- 1/4 cup Milk powder
- 1 cup Fresh cream
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 1 1/2 cups Milk
Method
- Put the lychees in a blender jar, add desiccated coconut, milk powder, cream, coconut milk and milk and blend into smooth mixture.
- Pour into an air-tight container, cover with its lid and freeze for 6-8 hours or till set.
- Bring the container out of the freezer, scoop out into serving bowls and serve immediately.
