Ingredients for Lychee Coconut Ice Cream Recipe

  • Lychees peeled and seeded 7-8

  • Desiccated coconut 1/4 cup

  • Milk powder 1/4 cup

  • Fresh cream 1 cup

  • Coconut milk 1 cup

  • Milk 1 1/2 cups


Step 1

Put the lychees in a blender jar, add desiccated coconut, milk powder, cream, coconut milk and milk and blend into smooth mixture.

Step 2

Pour into an air-tight container, cover with its lid and freeze for 6-8 hours or till set.

Step 3

Bring the container out of the freezer, scoop out into serving bowls and serve immediately.
