Ingredients list for Lemon Chilli Prawn Stick

  • 20 large Prawns peeled and deveined
  • Lemon Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 1/2 inch piece Ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon juice

Method

  1. Mix garlic, ginger, coriander leaves, chilli sauce, soy sauce, honey and lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Add prawns and toss in the mixture and leave it in the refrigerator to marinate for an hour.
  3. Thread each prawn on a skewer.
  4. Preheat grill. Grill prawns for three minutes or until they turn pink or till they lose their transparency.
  5. Serve hot.
